Prior to joining HCI, Reeves was with Mercer, the largest global HR consulting firm with revenue of $3.8 Billion and 14,000 associates serving clients in 40 countries and 180 cities. During his 13-year career at Mercer, Reeves worked in a number of management roles. As Principal, Human Resources Business Partner, he managed the south and mid-atlantic markets. He also served as Principal, U.S. Human Resources Leader, providing HR leadership for four zone leaders and forty two office leaders. Reeves also served as Zone Human Resources Officer where he built an HR function for the South Zone and provided HR support for 10 offices. Additionally, Reeves spent 20 years with Allstate Insurance Company in HR leadership roles.

A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Reeves’ extensive training includes Strategic Leadership, Northwestern University, Market Driven Quality Strategies, IBM Quality Institute, Quality Improvement Process, Management College (Philip Crosby), Certified Leveraging Diversity Instructor (Leaders/Non-Leaders) and Certified Sexual Harassment Investigator.
