Tom Pearce

Tom is a Senior Partner and VP of Leadership & Organizational Development for HCI. His mission in life is to build stronger leaders, better teams, and more effective organizations.

Tom has worked around the world carrying out his mission for the past twelve years. He is the former Vice President of HR and Administration for ARCO China, where he supervised twenty-five people and managed a budget of $8 million. He has also been on assignment in Indonesia, London, and Dubai. He is delighted to bring his expertise to the HCI team.

Tom is also the President of iLead Consulting & Training. His firm was recognized again this year in Leadership Excellence magazine (six years running) as being one of the top small consulting firms focused on leadership development in the country.

Mr. Pearce has facilitated these and other programs to organizations large and small. His clients include Mobil, Atlantic Richfield, Nortel, Texas Industries, and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Tom is also called upon to assist global organizations with international issues related to Human Resources. Over the past several months, Tom has helped build stronger leaders, better teams, and more effective organizations in these locations:

Mr. Pearce has an MBA from Duke University and an undergraduate degree in communications from William and Mary. He is active in McKinney through board leadership on The Crape Myrtle Trails of McKinney and Serenity High School Advisory Board. Tom is married and has two teenage children.
